CANCELLATIONS

Please contact me within 24hrs of placing your order to request a cancellation. If your order has shipped out already, shipping is non-refundable.
Please Note: Custom and made to order items are not eligible for cancellation after 48hrs. Unshipped backordered items can be canceled without issue!
Paintings that were made especially for you on request (Custom or Made-to-order paintings) can't be returned or cancelled. Working closely with collectors and interior designers as professional artist I will work with you for a perfect result! You will receive photos for your approval when the painting is ready. Most of all I want is that you will be happy with your art work!

RETURNS

I accept returns for exchange within 14 days after your purchase date. Please send me an email with the specifics of the item that you want to exchange and ship item back within 14 days of delivery. Items that aren't presented this way for example: Items that are returned without a return agreement. Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed or damaged after receipt can't be accepted and refunded. Please ship the package back to the return address in its original packaging. I will exchange the item as soon as I received them (excluding the shipping costs).
The costs for the return shipment are always for the customer.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

I can deliver domestic paintings up to 160 cm, READY TO HANG by a prior agreement.
NO SHIPPING COSTS if the customer can pick up the painting from my location. Notification will be send the day of packaging with the exact dimensions of the parcel. Your painting will be carefully packed for transportation.

Dear customers, due to the kind of the order custom or made-to-order paintings are non-refundable.
Each artwork created especially for you has an extra costs for the artist - processing time, costs for art materials and etc. I will work with you for the best results. SHIPPING

I work with standard rates for shipping. I always take a great care to package your art work very carefully, but I can't be held responsible for items that go damaged during shipping. Please send me photos if your item is damaged to provide you support with the shipping company.
The most secure method of shipping artwork is rolled in a tube.

If you would like to add insurance to your shipment or you want Express shipping, just send me a message and I will update you about the possibilities and prices.
If your country isn't mentioned, just send me a message and I will check the prices for you.
Please make sure that you are aware of the custom regulations in your country. In some countries custom taxes may apply.
